In Japanese spirituality the Enso symbolizes wholeness. It also points to a greater reality: that we are, and that everything in the universe is already whole, already complete, already perfect. And yet, there is suffering -- suffering in our minds, in our bodies, and in our spirits. Fortunately, since we are essentially whole, healing is always possible, though we may not know how to make sense of suffering on our own.
ENSO Center exists to walk with you, to look deeply together, to find and restore your essential wholeness:
