ABOUT THE CLASS


Our 60-minute Yin Yoga class offers nervous system regulation with supported long-held shapes to get into the deeper tissues of body, and meditative cues for embodiment and radical self-agency. Together, we will practice creating inner stillness and safety through wholehearted presence.


Come as you are. Leave supported and nourished. 


This class is offered monthly -- on the 3rd Saturday of the month -- and a limited number of spaces are available. Reserve your spot today! We hope to see you on the mat.



OUR APPROACH


ENSO Center's Yin Yoga class is a deeply restorative experience led by our very own Melody Oaks. A registered Trauma-Informed yoga instructor, occupational therapist, and body worker, Melody brings her wide ranging expertise and compassion to the practice space.


Our classes are taught from a trauma-informed, equitable, and inviting lens. As we practice and rest together with our diverse bodies, experiences, and expressions, we can find radical healing and acceptance of our whole selves. We at ENSO Center are explicitly gender affirming and pro-LGBTQIA+. We welcome all spiritual, ethnic, and cultural expressions of self into our practice community.
